Your shipment
Your order is usually processed within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment, provided the goods are in stock in Vienna. Products in strong demand are usually already in our storage in Vienna, however, items that sell more rarely will usually be kept in our main storage in Heraklion on Crete. This helps us keep costs and prices down, and we ask for your understanding and patience that in such case delivery times will increase by about a week.
We ship free of charge in Vienna, and we use Austrian Mail to ship to any location in Austria and the EU. You will be able to track your shipment online. You are also free to pick up your items from our office address, of course. All shipping costs are final, and there are no extra fees.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated (according weight). The minimum costs are fixed, however, for larger quantities, please do contact us, we will try to reduce the calculated shipping costs.
