Terms and Conditions (T & C)
These terms apply to all consumer and commercial orders through our online shop. You are entering into a contract with Kallisthos GmbH - as soon as you make your payment.
We generally ship within a few working days after payment. Any changes will be properly communicated during your order process. We offer free shipping up to 50kg as long as your address is a Vienna one. If you live just outside Vienna please contact us and we will try to deliver for free as well.
You are welcome to pick up your products from our shop - please do call or email for an appointment, though!
As usual: the products become yours only once we receive your payment. All prices include applicable VAT.
We ship including insurance - the risk is yours once you receive your items, so please make sure that you let us know about any issues you notice upon receipt.
Jurisdiction: Commercial Court Vienna. Why are our T & C so short, they certainly lack legal depth? True, but: We are a delicatessen shop. We love and eat the very same products we sell. Our products are not cheap, but they don't cost an arm and a leg either. Wir are not pragmatic people: We rely on handshake - been working best for us since 1995.
